Boeing's Revolutionary New Generation of Tri-Wing Planes Takeoff Summer 2021
Updated: Feb 19
After an abysmal year of losses due to the coronavirus pandemic, Boeing has taken to the skies with a new design that they say will revolutionize the way that we fly.
The new Boeing 769-3 features one new design feature that frequent fliers haven't seen before; the tri-wing.
By adding an wing to the right side of the plane, Boeing engineers say "There are no aerodynamic advantages. We are just really desperate to get people talking about something other than the 737 Max".
Boeing executives have hinted at additional unique features in the future such as; a fourth wing in 2022, six new sets of landing gear in 2027, and planes that don't crash coming 2030.
